Happy Friday! I am so happy this week is over and I will finally be going away next week to some warm weather 🙂 I am officially OVER this brutal weather in New York and cannot wait for some spring temps, leather jakets, blush tones and light washed denim (clearly I am already planning my spring looks for you.)
I put together this look solely based around the boots. I really feel when you find one piece that is such a statement it is important to keep the rest of your outfit muted and really revolve it around one item. In my eyes, my vintage gemstone colored knee boots are everything. I kept the entire outfit black and threw on my favorite Joie Fur Jacket (40% off on Shopbop right now!) which can easily double as a cardigan since it is pretty light weight yet durable at the same time. This is the perfect pre spring look — still a little chilly in New York so you need some coverage with a lightweight fur layer but warm enough that you can get away without a heavy coat. I would also easily style these knee boots with a cute little mini dress or skirt, chunky sweater, and some fun jewelry.
