Spring is finally here!!! There is something that instantly changes everyone’s mood when it gets warmer outside and you can finally retire those winter coats, scarves, hats and gloves. Despite the snowy backdrop (yes, it will definitely take months to melt all that winter left behind) I have not stopped wearing my Current Elliott denim jacket. I throw it over everything — leggings, plaid shirts, dresses, denim on denim, sweaters, silk tops, and cute all black ensembles like the one I shot above. It breaks up your outfit perfectly and adds an effortless, laid back look. I also think Current Elliot makes the best ones – they have the most natural washes and the denim is so soft. You don’t feel like you are wearing a stiff jacket at all!!
Although it is warming up, we are not quite there yet so I kept my Wolford tights on and tried to balance out the wintery-ness of them with the denim jacket (hope that makes sense, it does to me lol!)
