I absolutely love how this shoot came out. I really feel like the purples and pinks complement each other so well – whether it be from the gorgeous floral backdrop, the ikat printed Joie top, the hints of pastel on my J.Crew necklace or my new favorite Ray Ban sunnies, I can’t pick just one. I have been kind of dressing in color schemes recently… everyday when I wake up I sort of gravitate towards one color wheel and it changes every few weeks. I have been hooked on neutrals recently and now that we are finally moving more into summer, my tan is coming out (yes) so I have been pulling for bolder colors. I tend to pair everything with jean shorts because they are the easiest thing to throw on in the heat. I am obsessed with these One Teaspoon cutoffs – they are the perfect length and have the best distressed detail. I could easily dress them up or down which I love.
