Happy Friday!!!!! We are about to finally get our first snowstorm (or so they say) in NYC and I couldn’t be more excited. I plan on spending my Saturday cozy on the couch all wrapped up in blankets 🙂 In the meantime, I guess the white weekend we are about to have gave me some inspo when putting together todays look for you. I absolutely love neutral tones — whites, creams, pastels, etc. in the winter… and I totally do not follow the ‘no white after labor day rule.’ I wanted to play off of the warm natural tones of the vest and layer on different textures that all complement each other. Cable knit, shearling, and ripped denim may seem like a busy story but when put together in one color scheme where the tones remain muted it definitely works. Last but not least, my new Isabel Marant booties…. Obsessed is probably an understatement. I really wanted to invest in a pair of warm booties because my feet are constantly freezing when walking all day around the city. Regular boots with warm socks just don’t cut it. I couldn’t pass up these Isabel’s because they were on major sale and were the perfect investment. I have not taken them off in days!I hope everyone has an amazing weekend!
