As you can see from my previous post, I have a thing with black lace these days. Jason and I had a wedding this past weekend and I definitely had a vision of the look I was going for. I found the most perfect black lace dress from Bloomingdales by French Connection… the price was perfect and I knew it was exactly what I had wanted. Being that my dress was pretty busy and had a higher neckline, I wanted to wear my hair back. Typically, I go for long loose waves but I felt like changing it up and I am so happy I did. Not only was it ideal for dancing all night but I felt comfortable and elegant. I went with a low simple ponytail and I really feel like it complemented my look perfectly.
