I have spent so many days shooting outside that it was honestly a breath of fresh hair having the opportunity to shoot indoors in a closed studio. Not to mention, it helps in terms of keeping warm! I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the pics because one reason I truly love blogging is scouting out different hideaways and scenic locations to shoot against. I am definitely a changed girl because shooting among a white backdrop really allows the clothing to stand out and become the focal point. In the end, that is what we are all here to see! 

I wanted to put together a look that I knew I couldn’t pull off outside in these NYC temps. I thought this reminded me of what I’d wear for a fun night out in the city (obviously with tights and a fur jacket.) I absolutely love this Express mini, it fits perfectly and doubles as a skort which is an added bonus. I also am obsessed with this oxblood color, I’m sure you have seen me wear it countless times.  I threw on my Intermix crop top and Joie knee boots to spice it up a bit. I know that this look does not transition perfectly to what you can walk outside in right now but it is equally as adorable with black opaque tights, booties or boots, and a warmer coat. Luckily this turtleneck crop top keeps you warmer than you average tank.
