It has been absolutely freezing in New York and the weather is truly miserable. It is impossible to go outside and even attempt to look cute with the wind, rain and snow blowing in your face. I can’t help but reminisce and dream about the amazing weather in the Bahamas (not to mention the beautiful sunshine and crystal blue water!) If only it was one week ago and I was on my way down there! I can’t stop thinking about this dress (turned into cover up) I found on Shopbop before my trip. It is the most perfect paisley print, just light enough where it doesn’t read too dark for a sunny day and just bohemian enough. I absolutely love the way it lays perfectly on my hip and slouches on my shoulders. The best part is I decided to turn this dress into a cover up, it can also be worn with cute ankle booties and a denim vest. Sometimes cover ups tend to be a little sheer / they are hard to find – my tip would be to always check out some dresses and see if there is anything that can be worn both ways.
