How to Style a Statement Jacket

This Rebecca Taylor jacket is absolutely everything. Not only is it on major sale, but it is the cutest piece that definitely pulls together an entire outfit. I love nothing more than finding a great statement jacket to pair with a pretty minimal look. They are effortless, easy to wear, comfortable, chic… and instantly add an entire new element to any outfit. I would recommend keeping everything very simple – I went with a white tee and jeans (which you can typically see me in when I can’t figure out what to throw on!) I would also try this jacket with a great wide leg jean or pant, tucked in simple blouse and some pumps.My word of advice would be to start with one item (such as a statement jacket) and layer with other pieces that complement your personal style. Start with a blank canvas like jean shorts and a tee, and continue with what feels right! I am a huge accessory gal so I decided to layer on with a fun rose gold choker and some lace up gladiator sandals.
