I have had these black and white H&M pants in my closet for so many years. They are just ‘trouser’ like enough but still fit like a skinny, tapered pant. I really like the idea of setting them against the NYC Skyline to juxtapose the classic city landscape with my version of an updated twist on a classic trouser.
I know black and white can be very matchy matchy but I could not help but pair these pants with my Equipment lace tank. I know it is a very monochromatic look but I loved joining these two pieces together — it feels very elegant to me.
Can we talk about this setting for a moment? I really couldn’t believe how stunning the NYC Skyline was from DUMBO. I had never been before and felt like it would be a great location to shoot some looks. Between the cobblestone streets to the waterfront views, I will definitely be taking another trip to Brooklyn to explore DUMBO.
