Happy Monday! Hope everyone had an amazing weekend. I finally had time to just spend time in the city, run some errands and enjoy the Spring weather! For those of you who do not live in NYC, Spring is like a reawakening (lol) but seriously… after the winter, it feels so good to walk outside with just a light jacket on. Around this time there are the most beautiful tulips blooming along Park Avenue and cherry blossom trees lining Central Park — I’d have to say it is probably my most favorite time in the city other than the Fall.
With that said, I guess I sort of took some inspiration from my gorgeous city and put it into my outfit i.e.) floral bomber. Thank you Forever 21 for the statement piece in my outfit only costing me $29! Gotta love that 🙂 I have always been an avid Forever 21 shopper, the key is just being in the mood to go there. Sometimes it gets pretty hectic so I find going alone helps… I just weave through the racks and I am able to get my thoughts together and think of looks I can put together. When I came across this bomber I knew I had to have it. It sort of makes any outfit a bit funkier than expected but also keeps it pretty feminine. I also loved the muted floral print.
