Being that space is limited in New York City, I just did the big switch of my closets so I finally have all of my sweaters, boots, scarves and fall pieces out of storage. Being that it has been pretty warm in the city I may not be tapping into my fall wardrobe just yet BUT I will definitely start brainstorming looks 🙂 It’s surprisingly nice to reorganize and de-clutter twice a year… although it is a lot of work, it is so important to go through everything and remember pieces you completely forgot about.
I purchased these red pumps at Zara recently and couldn’t resist the price (under $40!) I tried to keep the outfit pretty minimal and basic, the pumps being the focal point. My Soft Joie Brady Chambray top is always a go-to for me… I pair it over leggings, jeans, skirts, etc. This skirt is a special piece I dug out of my mom’s vintage closet. The pleats are adorable and so on trend… I sort of just threw the chambray on with it to make it a bit more casual. I will definitely be pairing this skirt with sweaters and fur once the temps drop a little bit.
