Happy Monday! Now that the summer is over I am finally beginning to unwind from traveling every weekend and really look at what I need for the fall. Fall has and always will be my favorite time of year, I love taking out all of my sweaters, scarves and boots and being able to layer and wear leather! I still have a few ‘trans fall’ pieces that I wanted to incorporate into Blake and Gold so since it still feels pretty summery in NYC I figured, why not.
I purchased these fringe jeans from Ruby and Jenna which is such a cute little boutique with so many on trend, but affordable pieces. I always loved the idea of these jeans, but never felt comfortable spending over $300 on the 3×1 pair from Bloomies. These are such a trendy item that are not something I figured I’d be wearing so frequently next year, soooo I am so happy to have found the bargain alternative! I linked another pair from Topshop that would be perfect as well.
Keeping with the simplicity theme… being that the jeans are quite the statement piece, I just threw on my favorite Joie Neyo White Linen Slub Tee Shirt (if you don’t own this tee… you must buy one ASAP!) and a really cute Zara white oversized vest. I layered with nude pumps, and my favorite Harley Rose necklace. This entire look would be just as cute for true fall with a pair of ballet flats and a chunky sweater. x A
