There is nothing I love more than adding feminine details to an every day look. Not only does it enhance and elevate what you are wearing, but it instantly adds an extra touch of glamour. One of my favorites would have to be the over sized bow blouse…. this quickly will make your entire outfit look more polished, classic, and chic all at the same time. The layering effect also doesn’t hurt 😉
Finding the right blouse with a large enough bow is key…. I feel like the bigger the better. If the bow is thin and/or small, you completely lose the effect. I paired mine with a great cropped sleeveless grey sweater from Club Monaco (also helps to add some extra warmth when the temperatures drop) and my favorite Rag & Bone velvet capri jeans. My Joie velvet slides have basically not come off of my feet, although it is 17 degrees today so I had to switch them out for some boots. They also come in the cutest sparkles and light pink velvet which are currently in my cart.
As you guys have probably noticed on my Instagram, I am OBSESSED with my pink J. Rose / Blush has quickly become a neutral for me, as I wear it with fatigue, black, nude, tan, grey, and more. This look is perfect example of how playing with colors is easy to do!
