I can’t get enough of the amazing pink cherry blossom trees in Central Park. Here is a look at what I wore on a Saturday strolling through the city. Jason and I decided to do something a little bit different and go to the Central Park Zoo! We started our day with lunch at the Central Park Boathouse which happens to be one of my favorite spots in NYC. It is so peaceful to sit outside on the water and take a second away from the hustle and bustle of the city. After lunch we headed to the zoo — it really is so crazy to see how there is a full blown zoo in the middle of a metropolitan city (at least this was something that I was blown away by, hah!) I have to admit, I love living uptown and having access to the park at all times. It really is the best getaway just a few blocks from our apartment.
It was a little bit chillier so my long sleeve Zara chambray pink shirt was perfect for walking around all day. I couldn’t resist throwing on my new Chanel flats… I have been on the hunt for the perfect neutral flat that would go with absolutely everything. So happy I found these – they are so comfortable too!
We came across this gorgeous section of the Park near the Sail Boats with some fallen Cherry Blossoms and decided it was the best backdrop to schedule an impromptu shoot against. Clearly I have an infatuation with everything pink these days…!
Hope you guys are all having a great week! x
