When starting to draft my list of holiday gifts and who I am shopping for, I try to find pieces that are both classic and universal… but with a twist. Of course when it comes to holiday shopping the categories are endless. Where do you even begin? How do you even choose a gift that you know someone would love? How do you determine what style they’d want? The questions have questions. Being that we are about to head into the most heavily saturated time of year for the retail world (hello black friday & cyber monday) I really want to try and target exactly what you should hone in on to purchase the best of the best.
One thing I have learned over the years is that prints are personal. Some people love florals, some hate them. Some people love plaid, some hate it. Some people love stripes, some hate stripes. The list goes on…. BUT there is one print that I truly feel is universal, and that would be anything animal. For some reason, animal print has stood the test of time. It has been done in so many different variations and among so many different categories. The best part is it even works for someone who doesn’t necessarily love a print. It’s a great ‘neutral’ to start with if you are more reserved. When buying a gift, how do you find a print that is bold but also neutral at the same time? Animal print is one of those things that just never really goes out of style. I compiled some great gift ideas, all in animal, that anyone would love!
