Goodnight Macaroon has easily become one of my favorite sites…. I feel like I’m always styling something from their site and constantly receiving compliment’s and questions. I was recently browsing trying to find some really great Spring pieces at an affordable price point and I came across the Lynne Shift Dress and figured, why not. I’ve always been a fan of a shapeless, mini shift dress and kind of fell in love with the frill detail mixed with the feminine bow. My one piece of advice when it comes to styling a shapeless dress would be to make sure the proportions are correct. This particular dress works for me because it is short enough where it’s not overwhelming my petite frame. I honestly layered with OTK boots for warmth, but it definitely added a different vibe to such a feminine dress. Being that it is still pretty cold in the city (and yes, I shot this on one of those FREEZING days) I also had to layer with my go-to J. Crew tissue turtleneck (yes, I am obsessed.) Once the weather warms up I already am envisioning this piece with a cute jean jacket and easy sandals or ballet flats.
The best part of this outfit is that my dress is now available on Goodnight Macaroon’s Tuesday Flash Sale! Take up to 50% off for the next 48 hours by clicking here. Over the next two weeks I’m going to be sharing additional styles I am loving from Goodnight Macaroon that will all be available on their Tuesday Flash Sale at 50% off!! Happy Shopping! x A
